When you post a question at ExpertHelp, we ask you to place a refundable deposit into your ExpertHelp holding account. Think of this as a secure escrow service where you have 100% control of your funds. This deposit lets your Expert know that you are serious about getting a fast, helpful answer ASAP.

Once your question is answered and you are satisfied with your answer, accept it and the funds placed into your ExpertHelp holding account are paid to your Expert. The process is safe and secure for both you and your Expert!

Requesting a Refund

If for any reason you are unhappy with your answer, we recommend giving your Expert an opportunity to make it right. Ask your Expert follow-up questions and provide feedback to your Expert. Customers who take advantage of the opportunity to have a conversation directly with their Expert usually are satisfied with their answer.

Alas, if you are still dissatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days by contacting customer service at support@experthelp.com. Please include a link to your question and tell us if you used a credit card or PayPal to make your deposit. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of making the request and are subject to our site’s full terms and conditions.
