I just moved and changed my Internet Provider to Spectrum (Sarasota, FL.) They installed a new wifi system (new house)- I cannot log on to anything. The WIFI SSID: my spectrum wifib8-2G just makes the wheel spin endlessly with no access to the Internet _ Help please.

I have an apple iPad; 2015 or so. I am having trouble finding my kindle books on this device. On Saturday I was having someone help me with this - a sister- and we contacted Amazon- somehow the entire list of books were deleted- this is about 65 or so books. And we spent an hour trying to get them back- think we called Amazon and I now have 5 books maybe. I would like to retrieve most of them. This was Sept 7th-about 2:or 2:30 pm PCT. Can you help me find them? Our original problem wasting able to download some after I bought them.

My I pad will not connect I have tried every thing I can do.

I have a Dell desktop computer with wifi internet. I had to get a new modem yesterday because my internet was really super slow, the exfinity tech said the modem was old and needed to be replaced. Got the modem, the tech helped me set it up and I had good internet speed. One Problem, couldn't connect wifi to my wifes ipad. 2 hours with Comcast tech, tried many things but still no internet connection to the ipad. The old connection worked fine but can't connect with the ipad. HELP, my wife is getting ready to toss the ipad and me!
