Biography

I possess more than 5 years of experience in Web Designing, Graphic Designing, and Computer Repair. I am familiar with administrative tasks on Microsoft Windows XP and MacOS X. I have worked in the call center industry with various BPOs for more than 7 years. I have started as a call center agent (tier level 1) and worked as such for 2 years, mostly working as technical support. I was promoted as a trainer and performed the responsbility for more than 5 years
