How do I download my TurboTax software?

1. Sign in to My Downloads.
2. Click the blue Download arrow (if you don't see the blue arrow, click the product name in the Items Ordered column).
3. Save the download on your computer – your desktop is a good place.
4. After the download has finished, install your software by double-clicking the file you downloaded.

This should solve the problem with downloading your TurboTax.
