  • USB Wifi dongle when inserted into the receiver freezes at initialise which is an indication that it cannot connect to the wifi network
  • Power-off/Power-on cycle on the cisco router did not resolve the problem.
  • Removing the USB Wifi dongle results in not being able to select any source device that works.
  • Advised customer to take the unit with the USB dongle to nearest repair center and have them see if it can connect to their network.
  • The suspected problem is the receiver cannot connect to the wifi network
  • Customer to call again with the results of the visit to the repair center.
