i am getting 45+sec delay after windows 8.1 has loaded but before welcome screen. I have up to date drivers and have tried new install of windows to no avail, booting in safe mode, same result. it happens on both 830evo 120Gbtyes and 840evo 250, any ideas of what could be wrong
