Are you using the online prep software or do you have software installed on your PC or Mac?

If you are using the PC/Mac version, click on the Forms icon in the top right. On the left side is a list of the forms in your return.

Click on the Form 1040 (first one) and see the first two pages of your return on the right side.

Scroll down until you see the first suspicious line. Can you tell me what line # it is?

Click on that number until you see a magnifying glass. Click the magnifying glass to get to the form that feeds into this line. Does this form help at all? Tell me what you see.
