I purchased an IPad at a Verizon store in May 2014. I have never used it for anything but email while I travel. The technician set up all the passwords, etc. I don't have any of them. I now want to start using other functions, ie: download apps, buy books, etc. but since I don't have any passwords I am unable to use the Ipad
