Have your tried going to the IRS website and clicking on Where's My Refund?
If not, here is the site. This should tell you if the IRS has received your tax return.

Look at the lower right hand corner of your screen. Do you see a chat box?

Go to www.IRS.GOV and click on where is my refund and they will ask you your information with your AGI.
