My ipad serial no DMPKL47WF18Y has stopped charging it has seemed a little slow to charged recently i took it to a retail outlet who tried to charge it. They then connected to a computer and tried to do a factory reset but this did not work. They cme to the conclusion the problem is something to do with the charging Elizabeth

Here's what I have tried so far:
in my original question I have tried lots of different cords etc
