Thomas,
I would remove the power from the back of the modem and your router, wait a few seconds and replace the power cables, then try to connect your Smart TV to the web. I would ensure your Smart TV is connecting to the correct wifi network.

I have contacted samsung and have been told it is a problem of there's and they will be getting back with me to correct when they have a fix
