I have two premium accounts using the same email of m**4@att.net and cannot access the second one because it wants to recognize only the password for the first account. Can you tell me how to access the second account that is already paid for. Can we change the email address on the second account to e**k@yahoo.com and password shrimp123?

The best way to try to log into both accounts at the same time is to log into one from your desktop and one from your browser. I would do the browser for the one you would like to change. Once you log into it you can go to account settings and that area would be where you would change the email if it will let you,

"The link to DropBox Support was NOT A HELP. I need someone to change the email account associated with my second DropBox account since I cannot get to it. I paid $27 to get help. A link to another support page without a person to help is not an answer. Please help me with this issue."

Did you ever contact Dropbox support that day?
The reason I gave you the link that say is you could call them or live chat with them and they can go in to there server where I can not it was not to pawn you off. My part of helping you was trying to get to where you could get a live person to go in and change the email. I will be happy to help you download teamviewer so I can see your screen with you and take you to that site and get you with a live person. Since you said logging it to Dropbox it will not let you change things and it should have let you.
