I am unable to get internet connection on my TV. I was watching Netflix, then exited Netflix. Some while later I tried to return to Netflix and got the message that I could not get Netflix because I did not have internet connection. Please help.
Here's what I have tried so far:
I have unpluged the TV at the direction of a Tech Support person. I might add that intermittently I get the message on my computer that I am not connected to the internet. Obviously, that is inconsistent with this communication.

Obviously, that is inconsistent with this communication. Since I expect to be calling a repairman, I am unwilling to pay $47 for advice. Thank you. I might add that I am most disappointed.
