From the base of the unit, you can press the "Play" button and then listen to the messages.

From your cordless phone, press the envelope icon. The system will play the new messages first, followed by any saved messages. Once you've listened to all of the new messages, the lights on the base unit and the cordless phone should turn off.

You can also try to check the batteries and have it replaced if the above solution will not work.

Please follow these instructions instead.

  • Go into MENU,
  • Go into GLOBAL SETUP
  • look for VMWI(Voicemail Message Waiting Indicator)
  • RESET

If these steps would not resolve you problem.
