i have reset my password at the apple store but when iwant to buy an i tune or access any page that requires my apple i.d. and my new password i get a message saying that my i.d. or password has been disabled

Here's what I have tried so far:
i have been to the apple store where the customer service rep was able to successfully reset my password.but when i tried to enter and purchase from the i tunes library a window pops up saying that my account has been disabled

Here's my brand/make/model:
