Hi Benjamin,

If you think there's no water/fuel problem and the T50 Engine runs properly at all speeds and the alarm is still going off with no water present in engine fuel filter then the sensor ( indicating there was water in the fuel )malfunctioned is probably bad.

This problem do need to go to a Yamaha dealer so a warranty claim can be submitted so Yamaha will address the problem.
