Hi Joseph,

I will have to do more research on this issue as we have tried to manually set and recreate the account but still getting the same error. I would very much like to continue this at 10AM CST tomorrow if that time works for you, if not please let me know when you are available.
As an alternative, if you are really pressed for time, I'd request you contact customer support at s**t@experthelp.com so we can have another Expert take over where I left off now. Rest assured, we will ensure we do what it takes to resolve your issue.

Hi Joseph

I apologize if the issue is still not fixed until now though i have tried my best to do so and i really appreciate your cooperation. I will opt out on this question and have my co expert take over the question and assist you to continue the troubleshooting. My manager can set that for you. You will know once the other expert will take over because he will just post a reply using this same thread of email. Again i really appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please check your email later on for the other expert's message. Thanks

Contacted Joseph and went through some more troubleshooting to solved the problem, Went to advance settings under frontier email and changed one of the ssl settings to http. I am not sure if that fixed the problem at the moment because I lost contact with the customer. I will be trying later on today.

Contacted Joseph deleted the account and went through the process of setting up the account again. Didn't work. We are in the process of changing the outgoing server ports to find one that works. None did. Added a alternate server. Didn't work either. So now we are deleting the account Frontier, and adding it as a yahoo account. This doesn't work either. I am regrouping and looking up new options, if not this won't be resolved.

Hello Joseph,

I may have found the solution to this problem. If you ever had your email account set up on outlook, you may need to set a safe user on it. You can do this by:

  1. Sign into Outlook Web App.
  2. At the top of the page, select Outlook (or Mail). Or, select the App Launcher, and then select Outlook.
  3. At the top of the page, select Settings then options, and then select one of the following: Block or Allow or Mail then Accounts then Block or Allow
  4. To add an entry to Safe Senders and Recipients, enter the email address or domain that you want to mark as safe in the Enter a sender or domain here text box, and then press Enter or select the plus icon + next to the text box.

For example, to mark all email from addresses that end in
contoso.com as safe, enter contoso.com in the text Box.

To mark a particular person as safe, enter that person's
full email address. For example, to mark all messages from
t**t@contoso.com as safe, enter t**t@cotoso.com in
      the text box.

  5. Select Save to save your changes.

Hopefually this will solve this problem and can be laid to rest.

Customer stated that the above solution won't work because he doesn't have this email setup on a Outlook account. The next step that we both agree on is to call the number that was given to him for Apple IRS division and let them straighten it out.
