Are you using the Samsung remote control or you cable box remote control in changing the channels on your tv?

-called cx and inspect the connection at the back of his television.
-found out that theres no AV cable connected at the back of the tv
-advised cx to look for HDMI cable and plug it in at the back of the cable box and plug the other end on the tv.
-cx will try that and will get back to us.
