When I try to watch my videos from the Dropbox Icon on the desktop, some videos are fine but there are a lot that I can't start the movie. When I go to Dropbox.com on line I can see the videos. Why can't I see some but not others? How long do I need to wait for my tech?

Here's what I have tried so far:
Don't know what to try next except clicking on all icons.
