This is a new computer but from my old same thing. Almost 6,000 flags, (never flag) and dont know how to get rid of them. Almost all of my mail is in junk! I get a message saying my storage is almost full. When I go to help it is in German and says page not available. I have placed my trust in Google with almost ever service. Pocket, mail, google, maps, drive, docs and mail. This is really screwed. Where the hell did all of those flags come from and why is my storage full. I have icloud which I pay for and looking to use other storage like dropbox and was to use pocket but loosing my trust . Flags Flags and more flags. Junk, Junk,Junk. Emails also not going through and am missing receiving. Frankly its just a big damned mess. Another issue. I cannot login because of password. Sitting here looking at password for all things google. Maybe I am stupid. I will try my login for my password.

Here's what I have tried so far:
I have tried to trash it. Always had a problem getting things to trash! FLAGS which I did not flag. I have not clue as to how to get rid of deleted messages. You would have to go back years. If I have to change my email address to yahoo or somewhere else I am screwed with my business. Really beginning to hate google, always some kind of problem

Apple ibook as desktop, ipad, iphone and now new mac air.

Problem not solved and you seriously think I will be sitting here as Chad suggested for two weeks! I work and in about two hours I will be doing that! Either give me the support I need or give me my money back! Chad passed me on because he does not know about Macs! And was more interested in how great PC's are and his built computer is faster that the internet in Chattanooga. We are the fastest in the country. Google is trying to copy in Kansas so who cares. MY BIG QUESTION IS HOW TO GET ALL OF THIS JUNK AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE OFF OF MY MAIL WHICH GOOGLE SAYS IS ALMOST FULL.

Phone Support
* Called customer.
* used TeamViewer to share screens.
* Cleaned out Junk mail.
* Walked through sign in via Gmail via Web Browser.
* Showed customer how to move Junk messages back to Inbox to remove Junk filter.
