i dont have the model number my daughter got it in august and dont have any of the paper that came with it but the name of it is d2 android tablet 7"

Please locate the reset hole at the side of the tablet. Press and hold the hole using a paperclip for 10-15 seconds to reset the device.

thats a soft reset done already did that and nothing was working thats why i contacted yall

There are only 2 types on reset that is available for D2 Tablet.

Reset button- It is a physical button on the tablet case. It helps to restart the system compulsively when system halted.

Factory reset- It is a reset which can be performed from system "Settings" → "Backup & Reset" → "Factory data reset". Once reset, all settings will be restored to factory default settings and user will be required to do the initial setting.

If you tried the reset button and the device is still not working you need to have it serviced.

I would like to know how old is the tablet and is it still covered by the warranty?
