The display on my brand-new iPad Air has, for some unknown reason, become very large. I mean, like, it's huge. It's so big it won't show the entire keypad for signing on (with PIN). Also, it won't scroll down, so, since my PIN contains a zero, I can't enter the entire thing. The display font and icons are so big I can't see everything on the home page, including Settings, and since I can't scroll I can't get to it (Settings, which is where I presume I need to go to fix the size problem) at all. I've tried rebooting it several times to no avail. I've had this thing for one week, and I'm completely stuck.
Here's what I have tried so far:
I've tried getting out of all apps. I have rebooted. I have turned it off and left it off for several hours. When I turned it on again, same thing. Please bear in mind it will not scroll vertically or horizontally.
