"My printer keeps getting an error message 0x9d. I have powered off and back
on but I still get the error message." Ticket #47685
Please try this, turn the printer on and lift the cover to gain access on the ink cartridges. Unplug the printer and see if the ink cartridges will stay in the middle. Please slide the ink cartridges going to the left and be careful.
Close the cover, plug in the printer to power source and turn it on. Let's see what happens. This should work.
