How do I fix a frozen iMac that will not reboot in safe mode and will not move past loading screen?

Here's what I have tried so far:
Tried to reboot in safe mode. I have tried restarting holding down D, C, Shift, Command R, Command Option R and P. Safe mode works until loading bar below apple icon is full then stays frozen. I cannot access Disk Utility.

Here's my brand/make/model:

Hi,

Thank you for your response. Please try to unplug it from the power source for at least 5 minutes and then try plug it back then power it on again. If still the same, try to run a repair disk on your mac. Follow the steps provided below.

  1. Reboot the Mac and hold down Command+R to boot into Recovery, or hold down OPTION.
  2. Select “Recovery HD” at the boot menu.
  3. At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select “Disk Utility”.
  4. Select the boot volume or partition from the left menu and click on the “Repair” tab.
  5. Repair Disk is now possible, click on “Repair Disk” to repair the boot volume.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. Can you try it again. Advise me what will happen. If the problem still occur after a couple of times you need to try to reinstall the OS on your mac.

Hello,

I have tried to reinstall the OS without a disk and my computer will still not move past the frozen screen. I have tried multiple times and have tried all other recommended fixes more than twice. When attempting to start up my Mac by holding the power button and the option key as shown in the support video, my computer made a loud beeping sound before taking me to a screen with a picture of my hardrive on it. At the screen with my clickable hardrive button visible, I had no other options other than to click on my hardrive at which point my computer went strait to the same screen it has been stuck on. Let me know if there are any other options.

Thanks!

Hi Dylan,

Thank you for your response. May I know if you have the OS cd for this mac? Try to use that to set your mac to factory settings again. If not, the last option you can do is to bring this to apple store since we tried all the possible solution to resolve the issue on your mac.
