I need to reset passwords on two gmail accounts. The number given to me by technician who cleared virus from my computer takes me to a conference call line. I realize I may have not written the number down correctly, but at this time I am getting frantic trying to reach you.

Here's what I have tried so far:
I have called 1- ***-***-**** -- automated answer indicates "conference call line - enter PIN number". Thinking I made mistake in writing down number, I tried 1- ***-***-**** -- automated answer indicated "customer help - but no one is there". This all happened yesterday around 4:30 - 5:00 pm CST. I need to reset passwords (because I do not remember what the original ones were) for two gmail accounts -- b**8@gmail.com and m**e@gmail.com.

Customer had her computer cleaned by an online tech support.
Now her Gmail is only saved into internet explorer when you go to google.com
but going into gmail it is not taking her password and need to type it in.

Customer forgot both of the passwords
Resetting the Gmail accounts did not push through since the recovery emails loops to both Gmail account which the passwords are forgotten
