Just 10 minutes ago, my wife got the phone to stop flashing.  She has no idea exactly what she did, except "push some buttons".  She has no idea what I have been through, with you, trying to fix this prolem.  I feel completely like an idiot.

Issue identified : Flashing light
Solution Implemented : Phone reset, unplugged base unit and removed battery.
If issue resurfaces : May need phone replacement if issue occur

My wife fixed the problem, but she doesn't know how she did it.  She was not aware of all the time we had spent trying to solve it.
