I have tried both the setting where ice bucket is lit up and then not, as well as the power freeze to see if it will make ice. I haven't touched the ice maker in the back, only pulled the drawer out to see if there is ice.

Hi again, I'm sorry about the problems that you're having with the product.

If thats a Samsung refrigerator RF263, try pushing the power freeze and power cool buttons or 8 seconds. Also unplug the plug for 5 minutes and check if it would reset

Hi Abe. It looks like that caused it to reset. I assume it will take awhile for the icemaker to produce ice?!

Yes this will take a while since we started the reset. Please try to observe the refrigerator for improvements on the ice maker. Let us know what are the results.

No ice yet. I just replaced the water filter, so maybe that will help.

We have ice! Thank you very much for your help. The reset tip was the key along with replacing the water filter. Apparently it stops making ice when that needs to be replaced!
