Hi Stefan,

Thank you for choosing ExpertHelp.com. I am trying to call you back because we got disconnected but your not answering your phone. Please try to remove the battery of your laptop and while the battery is removed, connect the charger on the laptop and then try to power it on again. Tell me what will happen.
