why does the radio in my 2007cj lancer jump between bands/change stations /switch to cd and say no disk.

When did this problem occured? 

Can you try to remove the negative connection from the battery for about 5 minutes and then connect it back again to reset the radio. Then power the radio on again then check if the issue will no longer happen again. I will be standing by for your response.
