Hi Moore... as a first course of action, I would suggest that you replace the transmission fluid for it can be burnt and making it hard to shift into second gear during acceleration that's why the vehicle vibrates. It would be best to have an engine scan as well if there's any trouble code to be found, by then it will be easy to trouble shoot and determine the problem. Scan tool can be available in any reputable shop near you Moore.
