Expert Note:

Called Customer,

Verified that the printer is has an empty color cartridge.

Informed customer that they need to have a color cratridge with available ink on it to print out.

"Printer will not print if it is running low on any of the color or black ink regardless of the document color that needs to be printed."

Customer said they will get a color cartridge in there replaced.

Will call Customer in two days for verification.

The printer was working before because im only printing a document with a black text. Is it okay if I talk to Rofel for him to check this?

Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Checked Printer settings / Removed the pop up (error) that appears on the screen  / Changed the settings to greyscale / Printed the pages / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
