That's good to hear... May I ask if you have any error codes or is there by any chance you have the vehicle scanned for fault?

Ok Hamp... here are the causes of the misfires

1. vacuum leak

2. failing fuel injectors

3. weak / dirty / faulty fuel pump

4. worn fuel pressure regulator

5. bad spark plugs

6. faulty ignition coil / plug wires

Customer

I am thinking that with new plugs and coils I just might solve the problem, what do you think I need to do?

If it's noisy then I believe that you have irregularities in fuel delivery. If there's a faulty fuel injector, it will not supply fuel to a certain cylinder which can cause an engine misfire. But the 6 things must be checked and narrow it down. It can be just the sparkplugs and coils as well. Go for the spark plugs and coils as well Hamp. the mechanics can narrow this down after the replacement.
