From: e**s@talktalk.net. For the past seven weeks I have been attempting to set my password. I have received from your people numerous strings of hieroglyphics containing numbers, letters and symbols, both upper and lower case with a 72 hour limit. I have diligently enters these, making sure I distinguished between such as number 1 and capital I. I have sent these off immediately, and I have received a reply to say it was out of limit, apart from the last twice when the screen came up with an ad to buy. I have had replies from your support people, and have also written to you head office. I am on the point of stopping wasting my time. E. Scholes
