I cannot get my Apple TV to send photos on my iMac to my TV. I seem to have setup the Apple TV correctly. It is on the same WiFi network as the TV and my iPad and iPhone. What should I do?

Before we proceed ronald, I want to say that we have a remote support upgrade for $20 one time.

This will let us do a screen share on your imac and help you set it up remotely.

Do you wish to continue with remote?

I am not getting anything from you. You are asking for the same information again and again, including my credit card info. Unless you can help me in the near future, I want to sever my connection with you.

Try to verify that the home sharing is enabled on your mac.

Here's how

First open Itunes.then at the top click on File > Home sharing > Turn ON home sharing

You may b prompted to enter your Apple ID makes ure it is the same as your apple TV

Now Go back to File> Home Sharing > Choose photos to share with Apple TV

Choose all photos , albums events and Faces

Now on you TV

Go to the icon that says Computer on the main screen.

Then select Turn On Home sharing

It may or may not ask you about your apple ID but be sure you have the same as the Mac.

you should be able to see your photos streaming from your Mac.

Let me know how this turned out.

Also Please provide a phone number so I can maybe call you if this did not pan out.

Thanks

Ferdinand
