The passcode is combination of numbers if you can recall it we will need to have to restore your iPad. We will be needing your computer. May I know your email address before we proceed with the remote session.

I've always had the same passcode. This is the first time it hasn't responded. My finger I'd isn't responding either.

Can you try to press and hold the power button until it says slide to power off. Once it off wait for 30 seconds then power it on again.

Then whe you see slide to unlock slide it and enter the passcode you are usually using. Tell me what will happen.

 My iPad is now frozen. The screen is black and I can't switch it off

Try to press and hold the power button and the home button until you see the apple logo let go of the two buttons. Tell me if this helps.
