OK, , ,The google account is on my cell phone. I have had service to the phone for a couple of years.

Today , I was in a meeting, I heard several tones to indicate I was receiving what I thought were texts to my phone, but did not answer as I was in a meeting .

After the meeting I noticed my phone had the screen of set up menu, , as I tried to get back to my general screen with apps , I kept getting sent to the screen for google sing in/ on

I see, Right we're not sure if the phone went on a reset or an update,

Both wll require the google account that was set up with the phone,

Do you have a gmail or do you remember the email address you had set it up with before?
