Can you tell me how do you open the email that recieves the report / Is it through google mail or you are using an app like outlook?

Is your account the admin for the google apps?
I'm not sure what you mean. It's a Google app that quarantines spam emails. I get daily reports, but haven't gotten one since last week. I may have to renew, but I've gotten no notification from Google, and they are impossible to contact.
Can you try to log in this google admin account.
