Hi Jason,
Thanks for waiting. Im here to help. Can you please disconnect the system from power for 10 seconds, then plug it back in? Turn it back on and check if the error will appear.

Hello Rofel,
That was the first thing I tried. Tried it agaian but nothing.
I'll be availible in about 2 hours and for the rest of the evening. It is now 345 pm alaska time.
Thanks for your response. I'm sorry to hear that and unfortunately the F76 message indicates a fault in one of the internal outputs on the power supply which feeds various voltages to different circuit inside the unit. There aren't any settings or resets that will fix this, and the Panasonic will require service.
May I know how old is the player and do you still have warranty on it?
Its about 10 years old and no warranty
Thanks for your response. If that's the case you need to send it to a Panasonic Repair Center.
The Panasonic Repair Center is located at 4900 GEORGE MCVAY DR, MCALLEN, TX 785038868 (PANASONIC FACTORY SERVICE CENTER). You can also call the customer service hotline at ***-***-**** Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 8:00 pm EST or email @ p**e@us.panasonic.com so that they can provide you the information on how you can send the player.
If you have questions please let me know.
How much will that cost?
Thanks for your response. You can call the number or email them for the quotation becuase before it was aroun $150-$200 parts and labor. But since it was few years ago then parts can be cheaper.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Hi Jason,
Were you able to read my previous post/comment?
Thanks
