I'm trying to update 6 of my apps,but it keeps asking me for password to an old Apple ID,which I no longer have. It keeps telling me to go to my settings,but everything there is up to date. Even when I purchase music in the I tunes store that has my latest I'd and password,but the app update does not and I don't know how to change that I'd. Please help. Thanks . Nancy

Hi Nancy,

Can you tell me the OLD Apple Id that the iPad has?

This is becuase the APP is Apple ID dependent. Even if you change your apple ID, a single app will stick to the apple ID used when it was downloaded.

Call customer

Apple Id is linked to an email that customer is not covered anymore.

Customer cannot answer the security questions.

Had customer removed old apps and redownload them back to be registered to her new Apple ID account.

Will call customer tomorrow for update.
