I am locked out of my mac and I have never put a password on it. Was away for the weekend and now not able to do anything! Very frustrated!!!!!

Does your Mac asking your for the profile password for you to get in?

NOTES:

-called cx and helped her change the password on her MAC

-The MAC doesnt show the terminal screen where we can change the password

-told cx that we need to restore the mac

-cx said she needs to check first on her backup drive if all files are there before we restore the computer

-cx will call us back once shes ready since shea has to leave for an important appointment
