Hi Pamela, I have placed some instructions on how to setup the device to your computer and connect to training peaks.

You must have an account with training peaks. If you dont have an account yet click here to register: https://home.trainingpeaks.com/signup

•  The next thing that you need to do is to plug in your usb Ant stick, turn on your Garmin Device, and transfer the files to your computer.

• If you have not downloaded Garmin Express, you will need to download (click  for PC or for Mac depending on your computers operating system).
• Open Garmin Express and follow the instructions to successfully pair your device to your Garmin Connect account.
• Once you are able to sync workouts to your Garmin Connect account, you can automatically send those files to your TrainingPeaks account via the Garmin Connect™ AutoSync
• To get started, open or click this link: Garmin AutoSync Page or access it from the AutoSync button when you add a workout in your TrainingPeaks account.

• Once you've got your device connected with Garmin Express and passing workouts to Garmin Connect™, Garmin AutoSync will pass those workouts on to TrainingPeaks.

Thank you for replying. Once your Garmin Connect and TrainingPeaks accounts are connected new activities uploaded to Garmin Connect will automatically sync to your TrainingPeaks account within minutes. Have you successfully connected your accounts? please let me know so I can provide some information on Garmin Connect™ AutoSync. thanks
