Phone Support:

  • Called the customer
  • Checked the system
  • Explained to the customer that that's the faster that his computer can get
  • Advised to reinstall the OS so that it will run smoothly just like when it is brand new
  • Customer will bring it to a local service center to reinstall the OS
  • Advised customer to backup the files
  • No other issues raised
