Lets try restarting your Device

HOLD the power button down until you see a Slide to power OFF

Slide the button and your phone will turn OFF

Power it back on and check if the app will run this time now.

Let me know how it goes.

I have cut off my phone and it did not correct the problem

Hi Margaret,

This is just an update regarding the Candy crush app.

If it still the same issue after a restart, I would suggest deleting the app and redownloading this from the appstore.

If you are using the same Apple Id then this will still load your current progress,

please let us know what happen or if it fixed the issue.
