Hi Richard
How are you doing? Did you replace the timing belt yourself? I assume that the timing marks are correct. May I ask if there's a spark in the plugs. I'll be standing by for your response.
Thank you

Hi Relly I lined up all three marks fine installed the belt rotated the cranckshaft pully two turns and the right pully the 1 2 3 piston side was off by afew teeth, I loosend the belt turned it counterclockwise to its proper marks. Put the engine back together it woulden't start. The next day I checked for compression in the fireing order 1 then 4 pistons to check both banks and I no compression on the left bank I then thought the valves on the left bank were off by one rotation of the valves so I loosened belt rotated the pully one rotation clockwise still no compression. I bought the chilton book to see about the valve set up and I so not know what to so to remedy?
Hello Richard
Good to hear back from you. You may want to redo the settings again and this time you have to find the TDC (top dead center).
After you do all this please don't forget to place the sensor correctly like the tdc sensor and specially the camshaft position sensor. Hope this helps and please let me know if there's anything else I can add or help you with. I'll be standing by for your response.
Thank you
Relly
I have turned one of the piston pulleys one rotation is that going to change the valve setting. I have done all the aligning on all the pulleys. I just need to know if with them all aligned it won't damage the engine.
If you turn the piston pulleys it will change the valve setting Richard but you need to find the top dead center because if the valves are not on the right position it will damage the engine. Please click the blue TOP DEAD CENTER link below for guidance Richard. From there you can make a few adjustments.
I'll be standing by. Thank you
Relly
Thanks Relly I will double check every thing and restart.
