I have a HPL7590 and the message says there is a problem with the print heads but I cant access the setup items to clean the print heads?

Open this part of your printer,

Try removing the ink heads and Place them back in firmly

Let me know how it goes

Can you try cleaning the printhead contacts

Use Paper Towel

Number 1 in this picture

Also clean the printer head contacts

The reinstall them back.
