Open this part of your printer,

Try removing the ink heads and Place them back in firmly

I tried that and still has the same message.

Can you try cleaning the printhead contacts

Use Paper Towel

Number 1 in this picture

Also clean the printer head contacts

The reinstall them back.

Customer currently not with the printer.
