Are you on the activation screen on your ipad asking you to enter the apple passsword to reactivate the device?

-called cx and accessed hi computer

-we tried to reset the apple password and follow the instruction

-apple said that the instructions has been sent to his wife phone but we didnt receive any

-tried 3 times to no avail

-told cx to contact apple security team

-provided cx apple security number
