Issue identified : Getting hard drive error message
Solution Implemented : Live chat. Call customer. Remote established. Check the system settings. Remove unwanted applications. Update anti virus. Do a system restore and still the same getting error message. Advise customer there is an issue to his hard drive and needs to replace it to avoid the error message.
