I have an HP Officejet 7612 Wide format e-all in one. Serial# CN5403M1NP064N, PRODUCT# G1X85A. I bought it new in 2016. I have tried to print some documents when the following message came up: Missing or Failed Printhead. C/M/Y/B Printhead appears to be missing, not detected, incorrectly installed, or incompatitable. I tried turing off the machine, I tried removing the ink cartrages and reinstalling. Right now I cannot even print a test page from the machine or the computer. Please help.
