my bosses phone needs to have i cloud storage updated, he has forgotton the password, I have the phone and his email address how do i upgrade storage when he has forgotton pasword

You will need to reset the password then process will give ou an ption to set it up with a new password.

yes but he is in a meeting and wants me to reset it.  i am listed on his account as an authorized user.

I have fixed it in the past but had to go thru my email which should be an alternate.

You can only reset through the phone if you know the old password.

The only way to reset the password with out knowing the original password is either via his email or via Answering security questions.

he told me the old password was

Lovemytoys125 but for some reason it is not working on the phone.

I paid to have you take control of the device and reset can you do it that way.

I checked it

It was the right password but the problem then shows up.

the reason why it is not working is that his ID is locked out.

Do you have the email 

Again the only way is to have access to the 

or to answer Security Questions.

It cannot be unlock just like that if someone request it to be unlock. There has to be a proof of ownership.

i have given up the birthdate it still does not work is there another security question

The email is you only way out if the Birthdate is not going through.

Is there any time of day when you can get to his email so you can work on what he wants you to do about the storage?

Security password or Email

If you don't have any those available it will end up hacking the account.

Call customer and Customer said they do not know what the ID is and what the Security answers are

Had an Apple Id adviser call set up for the customer will call customer tomorrow.
