Hi, I am not a tech person so please be patient, ok? I purchased a All in one HP Desktop PC 19.45 in Serial # 8CC6160GF9, Product #NOA31AA#ABA There were several icons that were already on the computer that I enjoyed that are no longer usable; Mail, News, Calendar, Cortana. I think I may have done something to create my problem. I don't know what that is, so I can't fix it. Please, can someone call me to walk me thru what I can do to fix this. Opt out:

Mail | Contacts | Calendars | Store not working.

Tried the Power shell refresh but gave an error about Firewall

Tried turning on Firewall but gave an error too.

Tried creating another account / Still same problem.

System Failed too

Advised customer that the OS is the one having trouble.

Advised for a factory reset but customer wants another option and do not want to continue with a Factory Resetore

 Dear Karen, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Customer needed icons back for windows 10 mail app, cortona, news app


Solution Implemented : Called the customer/ remotely accessed computer/ I upgraded windows 10 the the lastest build which is 15063

All the icons came back and everything is working now.  I was not able to restore favorites from the edge browser however customer said she would add favorites back.  I advised customer this was the only way to solve the problem.  Problem Solved
